Restaurant & commercial kitchen cleaning | Northern Colorado & Denver Metro

Cleaner kitchens. More confident openings.

Whether you're preparing to open, reopening after a renovation, or keeping up with busy service hours, Northern Lights Cleaning supports the presentation and upkeep of approved restaurant areas. We coordinate with management around food safety procedures, closing times, equipment restrictions and product instructions.

What we can clean

A restaurant service plan that follows your layout.

Every space has its own high-use surfaces, material limitations, access rules and closing windows. We plan around the actual kitchen, rather than offering a generic promise to clean everything.

Dining & guest areas

Entrance glass, dining floors, accessible furniture surfaces, restroom fixtures, visible edges, high-touch areas and trash removal, as approved.

Commercial kitchen areas

Approved floor care, accessible grease buildup, stainless appliance exteriors, selected counters, backsplash surfaces and floor edges, with attention to food-contact restrictions.

Storage & cold rooms

Walk-in cooler and freezer surface cleaning may be added after the team agrees on food relocation, access, temperature and product compatibility. Food storage procedures remain with restaurant management.

Right service. Right frequency.

Routine visits and project cleans are different jobs.

Recurring restaurant janitorial

Dining area, entrances, floors, guest restrooms, common areas, liner changes, periodic touchpoint work and scheduled approved back-of-house tasks. Daytime or after-hours service depends on staffing and access.

Opening or reopening clean

Detailed attention to approved kitchen surfaces, grease, floors, cooler/freezer surfaces, stainless exteriors and visible dust or construction residue, coordinated with remaining trades and management.

Periodic deep clean

Scheduled rotations for floor edges, grout, buildup around accessible fixtures, selected overhead surfaces, appliance exteriors and other tasks approved after a walkthrough.

Special project work

Elevated dusting, hard-floor restoration, extractions and specialty details are separately evaluated for surfaces, equipment, safety, access and qualifications.

Food safety and licensed specialist boundaries: Our services support routine presentation and housekeeping; they do not replace a food establishment's sanitation plan, regulatory compliance, food-contact sanitization verification, commercial hood/duct fire-code cleaning, pest control, biohazard remediation or hazardous-material handling. We cannot guarantee an inspection outcome. Those responsibilities remain with the business or appropriately qualified contractors.

Foodservice-aware cleaning

Managing chemicals, cross-contact and moisture.

Approved product list & SDS

We review facility product restrictions, manufacturer labels, protective equipment, surface compatibility, ventilation and contact times. A proposed chemical list and matching SDS are available for review when product selection is confirmed.

Ecolab manufacturer Safety Data Sheets

Food-contact boundaries

Food prep surfaces, utensils and equipment that need regulated wash-rinse-sanitize steps are addressed only where scope, qualification, products and manager approval permit; routine janitorial work is not a blanket food safety service.

FDA Food Code reference

Moisture, grease & hazards

Floors, drains, grease buildup, unknown residues and damp storage areas require attention to safe methods. We report conditions outside the janitorial scope, including suspected mold, plumbing issues and fire-protection concerns.

Inspection-readiness and safety resources

Professional process

We clarify expectations before the first bucket comes through the door.

1. Review the restaurant

Walk approved front-of-house and kitchen zones, understand operating windows, list the surfaces and identify excluded equipment.

2. Confirm access and product safety

Review food storage protocols, product SDS, required PPE, contact persons, waste disposal and restricted or sensitive areas.

3. Agree on pricing and schedule

Choose a project or recurring plan. Receive a written proposal defining frequency, included tasks, responsibilities, access and price.

4. Track results

Use a defined contact and written checklist where agreed. Report issues promptly and plan a clear return-to-service process.
