Industrial & manufacturing facility cleaning | Northern Colorado & Denver Metro

Cleaning support that respects how your facility operates.

Industrial facilities are not ordinary office buildings. Northern Lights Cleaning builds site-specific plans for approved administrative spaces, employee areas, restrooms, entrances, warehouses and other agreed non-production zones, with attention to access, equipment, shift schedules and written safety procedures.

Firsthand industrial perspective

We understand that the facility keeps running while the cleaning gets done.

Our leadership brings approximately 25 years of manufacturing experience, including five years in semiconductor manufacturing environments and three years in Vestas wind-turbine blade production in Brighton. Those are manufacturing experience, not a claim of 25 years of professional cleaning or a cleanroom-cleaning certification. They inform the questions we ask about PPE, chemical approvals, restricted access, sensitive materials, equipment, and production schedules.

Operational awareness

Shift changes, deliveries, forklift routes, blocked walkways and active production schedules affect when and where work can be performed. We agree on working windows and access routes before starting.

Site safety first

We review site-specific PPE, chemical restrictions, SDS information, access authorization, incident contacts and reporting expectations. Work stops when a condition is outside the agreed scope or cannot be performed safely.

Clear accountability

Written task lists, routine service records, identified points of contact and issue escalation help facilities teams verify what was completed and what needs follow-up.

Site-specific services

Practical cleaning programs for industrial properties

Final inclusions depend on the walkthrough, staffing, surfaces, exposure risks, access and approved products.

Offices & meeting rooms

Dusting approved accessible surfaces, interior glass, vacuuming, trash removal, reception and training-room presentation, plus shared touchpoint care.

Breakrooms & restrooms

Routine sink and fixture care, floors, tables and counters where approved, waste removal, restroom checks and agreed consumables restocking.

Warehouse support areas

Entrance mats, offices, corridors, shared employee areas, designated non-production floor care, accessible perimeter details and periodic dusting where equipment and site approvals allow.

Scheduled detail projects

After-hours or planned deep cleans, interior window attention, floor and carpet care, construction final cleaning and pre-inspection housekeeping support when individually quoted.

Important scope boundary: We do not represent general janitorial service as qualified cleanroom certification work, hazardous-material abatement, asbestos/lead removal, biohazard remediation, confined-space entry, energized-equipment cleaning or process equipment sanitation. These require separate specialist review and written approval, where applicable.

Experience in the field

Hands-on work, documented expectations

Discuss the details during your walkthrough

Tell us which zones must remain operational, what staff traffic looks like, where chemicals may be stored, how access is issued, and whether photos or service logs are required. A good cleaning schedule respects facility realities.

Products and SDS

Cleaning products are proposed for approved surfaces and facility restrictions. Where Ecolab products are specified, management can review the corresponding manufacturer Safety Data Sheets before service.

Personal protective equipment

We discuss facility-required PPE, restricted rooms, labeling and ventilation requirements before work. Site rules are incorporated into the service plan; routine janitorial staff do not replace facility safety specialists.

OSHA Hazard Communication

Contamination & moisture

Dust, grease, residue, damp materials, visible mold and mildew can indicate distinct cleaning or maintenance needs. Routine cleaning and reporting do not substitute for mold assessment, industrial hygiene or hazardous-material remediation.

A reliable startup process

From walkthrough to written service plan

1. Walk the facility

Meet the site contact, document approved zones, surfaces, square footage, occupant traffic and any areas requiring special authorization.

2. Align safety requirements

Review site PPE, SDS expectations, alarms, access procedures, shift windows, supply responsibilities and issue reporting.

3. Define tasks & frequency

Choose daily, weekly, after-hours or periodic cleaning and record exclusions in a written proposal.

4. Verify and communicate

Agree on checklists, designated contacts, follow-up expectations and documentation needed by management.

First-clean introduction
