Commercial office janitorial • Northern Colorado & Denver Metro

Office Cleaning That Makes Every First Impression Count.

Your office is where customers decide how they feel about your business. We help keep receptions welcoming, conference rooms meeting-ready, shared areas comfortable, and workspaces consistently maintained.

Daily presentation matters

What a visitor notices in the first few minutes

A fingerprinted front door, overlooked conference table, dusty air vent or neglected restroom can send an unintended message. A reliable janitorial plan protects your business's presentation without interrupting the workday.

Welcoming entrance

Entry mats, glass, door handles, furniture, reception counters and high-visibility floors. A clean approach and clear walking path set the tone for every appointment.

Meeting-ready rooms

Tables, chair contact areas, accessible horizontal surfaces, interior windows, waste receptacles and floors prepared for the next meeting.

Employee experience

Restrooms, shared kitchens, trash and everyday touchpoints need predictable service and timely restocking, not only occasional deep cleans.

Example cleaning plan

Office cleaning by frequency, not guesswork.

We define service tasks and frequencies based on staffing, foot traffic, hours, floors, access and your building's priorities. The examples below are starting points, not a one-size-fits-all commitment.

Each scheduled visit

Waste removal and liner replacement as needed; restroom cleaning and restocking; shared touchpoint cleaning; sweeping, vacuuming or mopping specified areas; reception and visible surfaces; breakroom counters and sink fixtures.

Weekly rotation

Door frames and partition details, baseboards in high-traffic areas, accessible interior glass, chair and furniture edges, deeper floor-edge attention, breakroom appliance exteriors and restroom detail checks.

Monthly or periodic

Higher vents and ledges, tops of cabinets and light covers where safely accessible, enhanced dust removal, scheduled floor or carpet services, seasonal entrance detailing and post-event resets.

One-time / project

Move-in or move-out preparation, reopening cleans, executive office presentations, conference-day resets, after-construction details and sale-ready commercial space preparation.

We tailor frequency. An office with daily client appointments may need daily touchpoint and restroom care. A low-occupancy suite may prefer two or three visits a week. Your written proposal defines what is and is not included.

How we support your operation

Predictable service, respectful access and clear communication.

Before- or after-hours care

Discuss cleaning windows around meetings, employees, security access and opening times. Scope, staff access and available scheduling are confirmed during the walkthrough.

Quality checks and reporting

Written checklists, periodic detail rotations, agreed before-and-after documentation, and a defined contact for follow-up help prevent missed areas.

Appropriate chemical use

We review surface limitations, approved chemicals, manufacturer instructions and Safety Data Sheets. Depending on your site, professional Ecolab products may be proposed.

Who we work with

Offices of all kinds have their own priorities.

Professional service offices

Real estate, insurance, legal, consulting, financial and administrative offices. Prioritize reception, meeting rooms, client privacy, quiet hours and secure-area restrictions.

Property management & leasing

Leasing offices, management suites, conference spaces and common areas needing polished presentation for visits and prospective residents.

Business and industrial offices

Office, training and employee spaces inside warehouses or manufacturing facilities, with site safety rules and approved access as part of the scope.

Scope boundaries: General office cleaning does not automatically include clinical infection-control work, specialty cleanrooms, equipment internals, confidential documents or regulated hazardous-material handling.

Walkthrough preparation

Six questions that help us build a useful proposal

How many occupied offices, meeting rooms and restrooms are there?
What days and times can our team access the building?
Do you want daily, several-times-weekly or periodic visits?
Who supplies paper goods, liners, equipment and cleaning products?
Are there sensitive surfaces, security rules or restricted rooms?
What has your previous cleaning provider missed?

Office cleaning questions

Frequently asked questions

Can cleaning take place after staff leave?

After-hours and pre-opening schedules can be discussed, subject to site access, staffing and agreement. We plan service to minimize interruptions and respect building security procedures.

What about computers and confidential documents?

Equipment internals, open documents and restricted workstations are excluded unless specifically authorized. We review which accessible surfaces and devices may be handled and identify sensitive zones in the written plan.

Do you include carpets and high dusting?

Routine vacuuming may be included; specialist carpet treatments, elevated dusting and other periodic services are quoted based on site conditions, access and equipment needs.

What products will be used in our office?

We can provide the proposed product list and matching SDS documents after reviewing approved surfaces and restrictions. Never assume a particular disinfectant or chemical is suitable for every area.
